Açıklamada, Başbakanlık’ta yapılan görüşmede 47/2010 (Göç) yasa değişikliği ve kamuda geçici olarak görev yapan memurlara iş güvencesi verilmesi konusunda Kamu-Sen olarak önerileri tekrardan sundukları belirtildi. Sendika açıklamasına göre, söz konusu düzenlemelere ilişkin yasa önerileri yetkililerle varılan uzlaşı sonucunda ivedilikle Bakanlar Kurulu’na gönderilecek.
Öneriler şöyle:
“47/2010 (Göç) yasasında, terfi sınavlarında 70 olan geçme notunun 50 puana düşürülmesi, 47/2010 (Göç) Yasasında her terfi için 7 yıl çalışılmış olma şartı bulunmaktadır. Bu madde 7/1979 yasasında olduğu gibi ilk terfi için 7 yıl diğer terfiler için 3’er yıl çalışılmış olma şartı aranması, Yükseköğrenim hizmet sınıfı gerektiren kadrolara da 2. üniversite hakkı verilmesi”.
